He has been missing since Sat, June 12, 2010 (83 days) from FORT SMITH, AR. Please notify Fort Smith Police Department (Arkansas) 1-479-709-5100 if you have any information concerning the case of JOSE ANTONIO ORTIZ.
Further information: Jose was allegedly abducted by his father, Jose Martinez, on June 12, 2010. A felony warrant is on file for the abductor. They may travel to Georgia in a brown 1992 Honda Civic with Arkansas license plates 5130YY. The abductor has a tattoo on his right arm and scars on his right cheek. He may go by the alias name Jose Martinez Perez or Luis Martinez.
