Further information: Jesse was allegedly abducted by his father, Eugene Sigal, on June 14, 2010. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Eugene, on June 22, 2010. They may have traveled to The Hague, Netherlands. Jesse has a scar on his right side.
