Further information: The children were abducted by their non-custodial father, Jose Javier Jaquez. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on February 25, 2005. They may have left the country and traveled to Mexico. Brianna has a birthmark on the bottom of her foot. Denice has a birthmark next to her nose and a birthmark on her chin. The abductor has a scar on his wrist and a scar on his abdomen.
