Further information: The child is missing from the Boyds area of Montgomery County, Maryland. Naomi is a lighter skinned Hispanic female. It is believed that the missing child is in the company of her non-custodial mother. It is believed that the non-custodial mother has taken the missing child to the country of Peru, South America.
