Endangered Missing
Xiomara Hernandez-Torres is a 3 year old hispanic female with brown eyes and black hair. She weighs UNKNOWN and is 3'0 (91 cm) in height.
She has been missing since Sun, August 31, 2008 (8 days) from West Valley City, UT.

West Valley City authorities issued an Amber Alert late Monday for three children missing since Sunday. The children were taken by their father, 30-year-old Israel Hernandez, for a visit on Sunday. Police believe the children are in danger. The suspect recently lost custody of the children after reports of abuse. The court gave custody to the suspect's sister. The children's father picked them up from her for a visit Sunday at 10 a.m., but the sister became concerned when they had not returned by that evening. The father is believed to be driving a maroon Chevy Corsica or a black Cadillac Escalade. Police don't know the license plate numbers. He may be with his girlfriend, who they identified as Martha Torres. Lt. Dallin Taylor of the West Valley Police Department said they may be headed to California or Mexico. |

He has been missing since Fri, August 29, 2008 (10 days) from NORTH AUGUSTA, SC.

Further information: Isaac and Trinity were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Veronica Kirby, on August 29, 2008. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Veronica on August 29, 2008. They may travel to Canada. They may be in the company of an adult male. Isaac is missing his top front teeth. Trinity has a red mark under her right eye. Veronica has a butterfly tattoo on her back. Her tongue and navel are pierced. It’s believed Kirby is traveling in a silver 2005 Kia Sedona with South Carolina tag 640-WMB. |

Latasha Hilliard, a 17-year-old girl who has been missing from
Edgefield, South Carlina since Monday was found in St. Louis within the
last hour.
Latasha was thought to be in the Clarksville area today said officials
from The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

A 3-year-old girl who has been
missing from Great Bend since her mother disappeared with her in
January has been found with her mom, safe in Americus, Ga., a Great
Bend detective said.
Little Cheyenne Roach was found with her mother, Kristina
Roach, who was arrested Thursday night, Det. Denton Doze said. Cheyenne
is safe with foster parents until the Georgia courts clear the way for
her biological father, Brandon Roach, to take custody of his daughter.
Doze said Monday afternoon he hoped that would happen this week,
perhaps before the end of the day.

Pablo Hernandez
He is a 4-year-old Hispanic male with brown eyes and short black
hair. He stands 3 feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. When last seen he was
wearing a blue shirt with white stripes, blue jeans and white shoes.
Xiomara Hernandez-Torres
She is a 3-year-old Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes.
She is 3 feet tall. When last seen she was wearing a rose-colored shirt
and black pants with white shoes.
Alicia Hernandez
She is a 6-year-old Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes.
She stands 3 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 40 pounds. When last seen
she was wearing a red and pink shirt with white shorts and pink shoes.
Israel Hernandez lost custody of his three children earlier this
year because of accusations of physical abuse. His sister was granted
custody through the courts. Israel picked the children up on Sunday at
10 a.m. for a visit. When he failed to return Pablo, Xiomara, and
Alicia later that day his sister called police.
At first the call was considered to be custodial interference but
after the deputies took the report they realized the children may be in
danger; an Amber Alert was then activated.

He is a 30-year-old Hispanic male. He has brown hair and brown
eyes. He stands 5′5″ tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds.
Hernandez may have a mustache and goatee. Both ears are pierced and he
may be wearing glasses.
Martha Torres
There is currently no information available.
Vehicle Description
Hernandez is believed to be driving a maroon Chevy Corsica or black Cadillac Escalade. The license numbers are unknown.
Hernandez and Torres may be headed to California or Mexico.
