BETSY ARAQUE is a 14 year old hispanic female with brown eyes and black hair. She weighs 90 lbs (41 kg) and is 5'4 (163 cm) in height.
She has been missing since Fri, January 20, 2012 (9 days) from ALPAUGH, CA. Please notify Tulare County Sheriff's Office (California) 1-559-733-6218 if you have any information concerning the case of BETSY ARAQUE.
Further information: Betsy and Jose were allegedly abducted by Jose Ayala, on January 20, 2012. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Jose on January 25, 2012. They may have traveled to Mexico. The abductor has multiple tattoos, two on his chest of "Tulare County" and "Maria Chona", one on his left ring finger of "Chona", and one on his upper left arm of "Jose L. Ayala".
